We had a great stay at this hotel. Best aspects were the cleanliness of the hotel, the professional and friendly staff, and the convenient location right in the centre of the city, near to Kashmir Point and the exit to the motorway road. We also enjoyed the hotel facilities, including the ample parking and the delicious breakfast.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location, right in the center of Murree, was absolutely perfect. It made it so easy to explore the surrounding areas and enjoy all the attractions. The service here was top-notch, from the attentive room service to the efficient housekeeping. The room amenities were also impressive - everything from ironing facilities to a flat-screen TV and even a dining table. I felt like I had everything I needed and more!

This hotel is perfect for families, providing a wonderful children's play area and kids' club.

We had an amazing experience during our Christmas stay at this hotel. the two best aspects of our stay were the great service and the cozy rooms. the location was perfect for a quiet holiday away from the noise of the city. We also loved the fact that we were close to the main road, which made it easy to move around. the staff was friendly and very helpful. We enjoyed the delicious food and the hotel had a wonderful play area for children.

the price of the hotel was expensive, and only cash was accepted at the time of our visit.

Our hotel was located in the heart of the town, providing easy access to all the attractions. the hotel offered clean and comfortable rooms with spacious bathrooms. the staff was friendly and provided good room service. the breakfast was satisfactory, with a decent variety of options. the hotel had a play area for kids and ample parking space.

The cleanliness and maintenance of the hotel were not up to the mark.

Had a great New Year stay at a charming hotel in the mountains. Loved the clean and spacious rooms with comfortable furnishings. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Best aspects were the delicious and well-presented food and beautiful gardens. Location was also perfect for a quiet holiday away from the bustling city with easy access to nearby attractions.

While the hotel had many positives, there were a few areas for improvement. The beds were uncomfortable and some guests reported bug bites.
